Tamarind Balls

Ingredients  
Tamarind (in shells or packaged)
Granulated Sugar
2 tbs water
Preparation Method
  1. If in shells, remove shells, and cut out seeds.   If packaged, soften by steaming in the water in a pot.  Remove from heat and cool.
  2. Measure the pulp.  For every cup of pulp, add 2 cups of sugar.
  3. Spoon into small balls, and roll in sugar
