Tamarind Balls |
Ingredients
- Tamarind (in shells or packaged)
- Granulated Sugar
- 2 tbs water
|
Preparation Method
- If in shells, remove shells, and cut out
seeds. If packaged, soften by steaming in the water
in a pot. Remove from heat and cool.
- Measure the pulp. For every cup of pulp,
add 2 cups of sugar.
- Spoon into small balls, and roll in sugar
