kg sweet potatoes, 50 g butter, 1 tablespoon brown sugar,
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/2 cup water. Boil potatoes,
then slice and arrange in layers in a buttered baking
dish. Sprinkle each layer with nutmeg and
sugar, and dot with butter. Add water, and
sprinkle top with sugar. Bake for 40 minutes. |
