Peter Richards (Westminster College)

Lecturer at Westminster College of Food   The man who taught Jamie Oliver.   He is featured in the current series on Channel 4 (Tuesdays 9pm) about Jamie Oliver’s project to train unemployed disaffected young people to become master chefs.    Peter also helped to manage and organise the Caribbean Master chef competition, which is hosted at Westminster college.
