Ingredients
400 g shrimps, mussels, clams, squid and fish
150 g oysters
250 g tomatoes
50 g parsley
50 g coriander
3 dl olive oil
80 g flour
1 dl brandy
4 cloves garlic
80 g onions
¼ l. cream
1 tsp chillies
1 bay leaf
1 dl white wine
2 l water

Method
Clean and dice oysters, shrimps, mussels, clams, squid
and fish. Heat olive oil gently in pot. Chop garlic,
onions, tomatoes, chilli, half of the parsley and coriander,
and add to olive oil.
Then
add brandy, wine, seafood and bay leaf; fill the pot
with water and leave it to boil for a few minutes.
Mix
the flour well with cold water and pour slowly into
the pot. Stir well for a while. Add the cream and the
rest of the parsley and coriander.
