Caribbean Scene has been accepted as one of ExCeL London's partners and will appear on all their publicity bulletin; newsletters etc sent to all exibitors. We will also feature as one of the restaurants in the actual exhibition centre and all around the complex! All at no cost to us!

New Caribbean Restaurant Opening Onsite - July 2006

ExCeL London is delighted to announce the opening of new onsite restaurant - Caribbean Scene.

Located on the dockside, opposite the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Caribbean Scene will open in July, just ahead of The British International Motor Show.

Visitors will be able to enjoy an exciting range of traditional and contemporary dishes, including fish, pasta, salads, curries, plus traditional Caribbean food and vegetarian options, all prepared by ex-Ivy Chef Anthony Cumberbatch.

The restaurant will also cater for private dining and meetings, with its own VIP area.

The first chapter in the Caribbean Scene already has a track record of success including funding from a high street bank, Trade Mark registration, partnership with the ExCeL London Conference and Exhibition Centre, a generous sponsorship package from a major brewery, sponsorship from a major spirits company and partnership with a leading educational establishment. It has also secured Government Investment Scheme status, which benefits investors tax arrangements.

The development of the winning Caribbean Scene concept has been achieved through a team of highly experienced and professional individuals with backgrounds in business, banking, hospitality, marketing, property development and catering who have come together to make the Caribbean Scene dream a reality.
