Caribbean Scene is pleased to announce its successful bid for the
exclusive 5200 sq ft premises in Theatre Square,
Stratford, London E15 (near the new Channel Tunnel Railway Station -
currently under construction). Caribbean Scene is a new and exciting 300-seater restaurant coming to
Stratford in 2005, specialising in mouth watering Caribbean cuisine. The brainchild of Patrick Marché, Caribbean Scene
was born following many years of frustration in finding a restaurant that
could deliver excellence in service, good presentation, fine quality, highly
trained staff and value for money. The Caribbean has some of the most interesting and
exciting food in the world combining a melting pot of cultures, such as
Africa, India, Spain and even the U.K.
A pioneering restaurant, Caribbean Scene will promote
heritage, food, people and Caribbean history. Our purpose is to involve the local community by ways of an
educational training academy for local youngsters and creating new jobs.
Therefore promoting unity and social understanding within a very
cosmopolitan area. Three course meals combined with quality
entertainment, bar, buffet and in-house shop are just a few of the features
