Plans for 2007

To do List…..….

  • Raise the profile of the Association - CCC, and enhance mainstream knowledge about Caribbean Food and Drink.
  • Ensure more business opportunities for CCC Members
  • Communicate with, and take up issues as a body with Organisations, Local Authorities and Government Departments
  • Publish further issues of the Caribbean Food and Drink Magazine
  • Establish patrons for CCC.
  • Acquire staff and HQ for CCC.
  • Work strategically with other organisations such as ACBN towards common goals
  • Ensure more widespread availability of Caribbean Food and Drink products, by working closely with major buyers.
  • Develop relationships with High Commissions and Caribbean Tourist Boards
  • Communicate opportunities to members re: Funding, Tendering, Olympics, Contract catering, Courses and Supply gaps.
