What’s for dinner today?

Hi  there!

What’s for dinner?  Today, for me,  jerk chicken,  roast potatoes, coleslaw and sliced tomatoes will do.   A pineapple punch would go  well with that.    Tomorrow I’m going to indulge in saltfish fritters and salad.   Does anybody have any  Caribbean food stories?   What’s your fancy right now?   Tell us.
