Peter has an interest in Caribbean Food, has helped host the Caribbean Masterchef, and plans to start an NVQ in Caribbean Cuisine at the college in September 2003.Murle Stewart makes contact with CFE.The Caribbean Food and Drink Conference takes place at the Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington, London.Radio interviews held with Choice FM, and BBC Radio Leeds.

meeting held with Caribbean Food Businesses to discuss the setting up
of a Caribbean Food and Drink Business Association. The Mail on Sunday
contacts Caribbean Food Emporium regarding a feature they will be doing
on Caribbean Food on either the 16th or 23rd May. Tom Parker Bowles
has recently returned from Antigua, and has written an article about
the food he experienced.The website for Caribbean Food Emporium is featured
in the In-flight magazine for Air Jamaica.Meeting held with Peter Richards
at Westminster Kingsway College. Facilities viewed. Considering suitability
to host events.
