Why have a magazine?

The Caribbean Food and Drink Magazine exists to:

accelerate the growth of the Caribbean Food and Drink Industry.
inform about the wealth and variety of Caribbean Cuisine available to all, both Traditional and Fusion.
facilitate an effective communication tool, to improve liaisons between the Caribbean Food and Drink Industry, the Hospitality and Catering Sectors - in both private and public organisations, the media, government departments, and the retail industry.
raise awareness of the Caribbean Food and Drink Industry to the Education & Training Sector.
disseminate good practice.
encourage healthy eating.
encourage increased awareness about the association:
Caribbean Cuisine Consortium (CCC).
encourage and highlight active participation and representation by the Caribbean Food and Drink industry in the activities of other business groups.
ensure involvement of the Caribbean Food and Drink Industry in major events organised by the Hospitality and Catering Trade.
ensure the traditions of Caribbean cuisine are maintained between generations.
