Vacancies for D Bess Bakery Ltd.

A Shop Manager is required to have full operational responsibility of our shop and kitchen, which produces hot and cold meals for the shop.  As a manager, you will lead and train your staff team and develop customer service awareness. You will need to be able to implement new ideas to drive sales and profitability. 

 

Persons interested should have at least two years experience in a management/supervisory position preferably in retail.  You will need to demonstrate on your application and at your interview that you have a broad range of skills and experience, that you are a confident team leader, capable of undertaking decisions and can motivate staff.  You will also need to be proficient in financial management. Salary negotiable, Hours Mon - Sat with half day off in the week

 

An experienced Cook, capable of following set recipes, required in the Production Department - training will be given, if not experienced in Caribbean style cooking. Mon - Fri - maximum 40 hours per week,

 

Wrapper/packers required to wrap and box cakes, breads and patties for despatch.  Will need to be able to  follow instructions.  Mon - Fri  - maximum of 40 hours per week.

 

A Cleaner is required to clean the Administration offices and its utilities 2 hours per day - Mon - Fri.

 

All the above post will require the applicant to produce his/her passport and National Insurance Card.
