Jerk Pork

 

Ingredients  

4 large pork chops
1 tsp jerk seasoning  ( more if preferred hot)
(Alternative jerk seasoning:- 
50g pimento berries, 
6 stalks spring onions, 
2-3 hot peppers, chopped, 
4 fresh cinnamon leaves, chopped, or bay leaves.)

 

Preparation Method
  1. Wash and dry the pork
  2. Rub in the jerk seasoning
  3. Leave to stand for 10 minutes
  4. Grill or barbecue the pork  until cooked,  turning once.
