Guinep Drink

Ingredients  
2 kg guinep
1 litre water
Brown sugar to taste
2 tsp lime juice
Sliced lime
Preparation Method
  1. Remove the skins from the guinep.
  2. Soak the seeds in a little water, rubbing them intermittently to remove as much pulp from the  as possible.
  3. When all the pulp has been removed, throw seeds away.
  4. Add brown sugar to taste and lime juice.
  5. Blend thoroughly.
  6. Add sliced lime, and served chilled.
