Ingredients

- 170
g evaporated milk
- 1
tin nutrament or nourishment
- 1
tsp vanilla essence
- pinch
nutmeg
- pinch
cinnamon
- milk
to taste
- 60
ml white rum (optional)

Preparation
Method
- Place
all the ingredients in a jug and stir well.
- The
mixture can thicken overnight in the refrigerator.
- Serve
with ice.
Some
people have been known to add a beaten raw egg.
