A few people are are flying the Caribbean Cuisine Flag in Germany.   One of those is George M.A. Llewellyn was  born in Ocho Rios, Jamaica in 1954.   He has lived in Germany since 1981.   His German must be brilliant now.   He  has marketed  Walkers Wood products  since the year  2000.   So the Germans are getting a piece of the Caribbean Cuisine action.

 

Professional Career as a Chef and Business Proprietor

 

George did his Chef Training in Germany.   During his career, he has held Chef de Cuisine positions in various hotels and restaurants in Germany

 

He opened his own business,   Koala Mini Catering Service in 1998.   He provides Caribbean Cusine for clients at a variety of functions.

 

George took part in various international culinary competitions in the years 1999 to 2002.  He is a member of the Epicurien World Master Chefs Society and the German Chefs Society.
