Preparation Method
- Grate the ginger
- Add to water with the cloves and juice and stir
well.
- Allow to steep for a short period.
- For longevity, you can boil this mixture for 30 minutes, then
allow to cool. The ginger beer can then be
stored for a longer period of time.
- Strain and discard the bits.
- Sweeten the ginger beer to taste.
- Serve cold. (It can be taken hot as ginger tea)
