Hello from Caribbean Food Emporium.

How are you?     Happy Valentines Day.    I hear that  Irish Moss is a very good aphrodisiac; but I know some of you do not need any help.

Good News
Caribbean Food Emporium Website continues to grow from strength to strength.   There have now been over one million hits on the site.   Information about the website were  featured in the in-flight magazine for Air Jamaica,  and also in the magazine Urban News.    We have been contacted by the Restaurant magazine, and by  Radio 5-Live.

Not so Good News
We had to suspend the ordering section of the website for the time being.   Hoping to come back bigger and stronger at the end of March.   Then delivery will be available across the UK, and Europe.   In addition to promoting Caribbean Food, we also feel it is important that we are able to supply it to all who ask.

Events
We continue to promote Caribbean Food to all who will listen.    Events held recently include the Caribbean Food and Drink Conference in November 2002, and two Focus Groups held in January 2003.    Many thanks to those who attended.   It is always worthwhile to attend these meetings!

There are a number of exciting events planned for this year.   Make your reservations quickly.  www.caribbeanfoodemporium.co.uk/events.htm
