In the  book, she details the difficulties faced throughout her life,  and the many successes.    Her strength and determination through adversity are an inspiration.   Through it all, she attracted over 400 national media features on television, in magazines, newspapers, radio and books.   She has been mentioned in over 15 British mainstream books, and has been on the front cover of many magazines.

By September 1991, The extent of her buyers were such that her products were to be found in 150 Tesco Stores, 200 Safeways and 70 Asda's.     There was additional interest from Health Food markets.      By the end of the decade,  lack of support from banks and financial institutions caused her to withdraw from major manufacturing,   but she has continued with mail order, book sales, and lecturing.
