Caribbean Cuisine in the market place, among consumers, the
food industry, the retail industry, and the Hospitality and
Catering industry. With her passion and unique overview of the
Caribbean Food Industry, Dawn promotes and supplies information
about businesses and individuals involved in the sale and supply
of Caribbean Food and Drink.

Cuisine Consortium (CCC) - the Association for the industry
was spear-headed by Caribbean Food Emporium, and continues to
grow from strength to strength. Dawn is the Director of CCC,
with an executive committee of 12 business owners, looking out
for the interests of over 1500 Caribbean Food and Drink businesses
in the UK.
