The Event:

Caribbean Food Emporium presents
The 2002 Caribbean Food & Drink Conference
Date: Sunday  24th November, 2002.
Time: 10am - 5pm
Venue:   Royal Garden Hotel,  2 – 24 Kensington High Street,  London, W8 4PT

The first event of its kind in the UK.

This conference  aims:

§         To  raise the profile of Caribbean Food in the UK, 

§         To  celebrate Caribbean food heritage

§         To  encourage, support and promote  businesses involved in the preparation and sale of Caribbean Food.

§         To enable networking and communication between suppliers and consumers

Speakers include the following:

  • Virginia   Burke                - Marketing Director of Walkers Wood (arriving from Jamaica)
  • Orlando Satchell - Top Caribbean International Hotel Chef
  • Clarence Thompson – Business Inspirational Speaker
  • Neil Hill  - Managing Director, Grace (UK)

There will also be workshops and visual presentations.   Opportunities will  be given for delegates to take part in discussions.

  Cost:    £ 86 inclusive of 3 course seated lunch, and conference materials.
