Preparation Method
- Wash, peel and grate the carrots. Squeeze out the juice using a sieve
or muslin cloth. (Or extract juice from the peeled carrots
using a juicer) Discard the carrot bits.
- Empty the condensed milk into a large jug, then using a wooden
spoon, stir in the nutmeg, cloves, nutmeg and essences.
- Pour in the carrot juice and stir well, until completely
mixed and milky.
- Stir in the milk.
- Serve cold.
