Caribbean Masterchef Competition 2002

A noteworthy annual event was held recently at the Vincent Room Restaurant, Westminster Kingsway College - The Caribbean Masterchef of the Year competition.   This involved some of the countries best Caribbean chefs battling it out for greater recognition of their talents.   There was also an exhibition of the best of Caribbean products, available in the UK.

Organisers of the Event were Enco Food Products with  Pauline Clarke as the project manager.    The aim of the competition and exhibition was to continue to highlight the versatility of Caribbean cuisine with its style and flair. 

Exhibitors included:  Enco Food ProductsSunrise Bakery and Walkerswood.

3rd: Micheal Godfrey, Executive Head Chef of Sodexho, Eton College

Caramelised Banana Ice cream and Mango Tart
