| Roger Griffiths,
Actor, Assistant chef in Lenny Henry’s series Chef.
Roger presently acts in Family Affairs, and is also involved in
various stage performances and voice overs.
He is Co-proprietor of Quick Thyme Ltd, with Murle
Stewart, which manufactures Caribbean Food in Bulk, or
individual packaging. Roger is a trained professional chef in addition to being a fine
actor. He will be doing the first
course of the fine dining experience. |

Satchell, Award Winning International
Caribbean Chef, recently
appeared at the prestigious James Beard Event for top chefs held in
New York. He has also
travelled as far afield as Russia and Singapore, training chefs in top
Hotels, how to prepare Modern Caribbean Meals.
His motto and emphasis is sexy cuisine with outstanding presentation. He is the
Proprietor of Nouvelle Caribbean, an upmarket Catering
organisation. Orlando
will be doing the second and main course of the fine dining experience. |

Patrick
Williams, TV
chef, Author of Caribbean Cookbook, Proprietor of The Green,
Willesden. Patrick
has just finished appearing in a 10-part TV series for Carlton Television.
He is also regularly featured in programmes by
the BBC and other programme makers.
Patrick will be doing the dessert for the fine dining experience.

Robar, of Lottery fame will
take part in the Caribbean Chef
Competition. Roger has a passion for good food and
owns the restaurant Rogers Seafood Restaurant in Golders Green, a French
patisserie in Muswell Hill, as well as a restaurant in
Paris. Roger has featured in many TV documentaries,
and cookery programmes.
