AIMS & OBJECTIVES
Association Overview
Caribbean Cuisine Consortium (CCC) was founded on the 6 April, 2003.
CCC is
an amalgam of Caribbean Restaurateurs, Caribbean Food Take Away proprietors,
Caribbean Food and Drink Suppliers, Caribbean Food Industry Professionals,
Food Educators, Caterers, Nutritionists, Chefs, Rum Professionals
and dedicated Caribbean Food and Drink enthusiasts.
CCC helps
its members (business proprietors, manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers,
distributors, brokers, and consumers) enhance their economic position
by providing opportunities for professional dialogue, education, exchange
of industry data and selling opportunities.
Caribbean
Food Emporium is the parent company to CCC, which actively investigates
proposals of interest to the consortium. The Emporium’s extensive

CCC’s own section of the website will be an extension of this work,
but accessible only by members.
