Ingredients
- 500 grams grated cassava
- 250 grams grated coconut
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 tbs butter
- 125 ml evaporated milk
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of fresh ground ginger
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup raisins, finely chopped
Pone can also be made with a combination of pumpkin and sweet
potato or cornmeal.
